Japanese Restaurant Without Waiters

BBC Click's website is the perfect place to keep up to date with all the latest gadgets and tech news. In this short segment, Spencer Kelly takes a break from the Ceatec Technology Fair in Tokyo to have some lunch in a Japanese restaurant with a difference.

I prefer my dining today a little less (1) ..., and if I am honest with the cooking done by someone else. So time to take a break from the show and go in search of a (2) ... of Zen lunch. Not of course that anything here is devoid of a touch of technology, including the food.
In a normal sushi restaurant, the food passes by on the (3) ... belts like this. You choose the dishes you are interested in and you’re (4) ... by the plate at the end. Even behind the (8) ... this restaurant is smarter than your average eatery. The kitchen computer monitors how many people are eating at any one time. And calculates which new dishes and how many, need to be added to the emptying (3) ... . As you finish each plate you (9) ... of it in this slot sending it whizzing to its soapy end and automatically increasing your bill at the same time. And there is an added (10) ... to keep on munching every five plates sent down the shoot triggers a game on the Tablet for which you could just win a prize.
